This company preyed on an elderly homeowner who suffered damage in hurricane Ian 2022. June 2025 and the homeowner still displaced and left to pay for damages this company caused. Please DO NOT use this company.
This company installed a roof for us after Irma after they received the deposit they pretty much ghosted us till the threat of court. After many many delays they finished the job. We noticed a leak after all the rain we have been getting.after trying in vain to get someone from this company to respond I called another roofer out who showed me where the 15 year old flashing had not been replaced and is now leaking. Again all attempts to get hold of someone is a complete waste of time . Worst company I have ever dealt with and says a lot considering 15years in the home improvement industry
DO NOT HIRE AMERICAN HERO CONSTRUCTION. All they do is get you to sign the contract. They do not do their own labor, roofing at least is done by other companies. My roof was damaged by hurricane Irma, I'm still picking up roofing nails out of my yard. The company did not take pictures of something they were supposed to submit to the state without warning a month after my roof was done they were on my roof without permission or an appointment.
