After purchasing our house we knew the carpets needed a solid and deep clean to remove years of use, including pet stains & odor. 2M gave us a great rate for our 7 carpeted areas. They did an amazing job removing the dirt and odor. They even went over our largest & worst room (the living room) twice because it was so bad. They didn't even charge extra, they did it because they wanted to stand by their promise to thoroughly remove dirt and pet stains/odor; and they succeeded.
