We’ve used Darrell Crews for our septic work for many years. It’s hard to feel calm when your septic is down - but they have always worked hard to get to each customer as quickly as possible; and will put you on a cancellation list if you ask. Theirs is a dirty job … and we sure do appreciate them. Over the years, Forest has been our pump tech and was again today - he is sincerely a kind person that is all about getting you going again (pun intended) quickly.

I was greeted by a very kind woman when calling to schedule an appointment. They were able to fit me in on the day I wanted, which is unheard of! Anderson was dispatched to my house. He called before arriving and showed up right when he said he would. He was very polite, courteous and professional throughout the whole experience. I will definitely recommend Darrel Crews Septic Tank Service to anyone that will listen!

After paying a plumber $700 to snake my lines and assuring me the issue was fixed and I wouldn't need to pump my tank, I had to schedule laundry, showers, dish washing at different times or chance a nasty back up. Finally got septic water flooding my entire bathroom last night. I found a receipt from the previous owner for DARRELL CREW SEPTIC and called early this morning. When I explained what was happening she promised to get someone out asap. Within an HOUR I was lucky enough to get Lawrence and Red. They pumped the tank, gave me some advice and even managed to unclog the line to the house that the plumber missed. And they didn't charge me $700.MY HEROS!! I can't thank...read full review
