Lady who cut my hair today was rude. I asked for a low fade, and she gave me a high and didn't fade the line. She didn't even shave the neck or ask if I was happy with the cut. She just took the apron off. She also has a foul mouth and used words not appropriate in a professional setting. The manager was great and finished the fade for me. The manager was really nice and helpful. This was the location at Mirada. I will go back because all the other people who cut my hair there are great.

I booked an appointment online. I showed Chandler a few different views of a haircut and described how I wanted it to look. Did an amazing job and will continue coming back there for future haircuts
