Jeffrey just gave me an amazing massage! Super cool dude. Very friendly and comfortable to chat with. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about healing and other humans. I have already recommended him to all of my friends. The space is very relaxing and clean. Easy parking.

This is still my favorite studio. If you want authentic yoga, this is the place. Jeffrey teaches in the Shivananda style. It is an inviting, intimate setting, not some factory yoga studio. If you want the real deal, this is it!

Been using Jeff for regular massage for 5 years- and he knows his stuff! With almost two decades of experience, he's great at knowing just what I need to keep healthy and functional! Whether you're looking for relaxation or athletic performance, this is the place to go! Clean environment, comfortable space makes it a relaxing trip every time.
