Barry's Ayurvedic 101 class was exceptionally fun, inclusive and will recommend to anyone wanting to further their Life Knowledge. Stacy also provides a wonderful, safe, calm approach to her massage clients. As a power team, they both offer so much amazing knowledge and service to our healing community. His compassion and skills at listening and tuning into your body are awesome. You feel seen, heard, and taken care of. His skills in Ayurveda and teaching Thai also give the client so much to glean, not just from receiving bodywork, but also educating themselves on how to take care of themselves and others with greater ease.
