Highly recommend for great services, cleanliness, facilities, and staff. Went a few days ago for the first time since lockdown. I was happy to see the same technicians I've had for years. I had an excellent pedicure sitting in one of their new chairs, then basic manicure and total facial wax. This is not a high-end spa (I've only had wine once, for instance, though they always ask, but it was off-the-shelf stuff; no robes, etc.) But as a local, I appreciate the great job they do with consistent staff. After experiencing a truly horrible manicure at a different salon I decided to try Crystal, mainly because I read a lot of positive reviews about them. I called in the morning to make an appointment for a powder dip manicure 1:30 pm on a Wednesday. As this is a new place for me I wasn't able to request a particular individual so I indicated that I wanted someone who was experienced with dip and that my schedule had some flexibility so I wouldn't have to wait long. I've been to this place a handful of times over the last year and they've always done a fabulous job. Ive had a gel mani, pedi, and full set. All very durable and lasted a great amount of time. Highly recommend.
