I cannot put into words how thankful my family and I are of Dr. Muñoz and her team of professionals. I have been taking my dogs here since 2014 and have had nothing short of a great experience. The staff are very professional and super friendly, but what makes them stand out from others is their love for what they do and lengths they reach to make you feel comfortable in rough times. I had to put down my sweet Roxy of 10 years due to a cancerous tumor rapidly growing and penetrating her skin. It was one of the most difficult decisions I ever had to make in my life. We’ve recently changed vets from VCA Noah’s to 4th street animal hospital with our new puppy. So far they’ve been pretty good. When my boy got neutered, they sent me photos and updates through out the entire process which I loved! My only complaint is that a couple of the front desk help can be off putting. Not l all the girls are friendly. Our vet is wonderful though! She is why we decided to stay with this facility when first checking them out!

I can't begin to express how well my dog Max was treated today when I brought him in. He is a very nervous rescue who can struggle in a veterinary environment, and from first check-in to check-out everyone who interacted with us was incredibly kind. I am so bad with names but the woman who checked us in spent time sitting with us and talking about his history, introducing herself to him and really making him feel more secure. The veterinary technician, I believe her name was Jessica, was also so perceptive. She noticed his stress and helped make him feel at ease during his check up. She let me know as I was ready to check out that there was another dog in the reception...read full review
