Robert in the salon is off the charts! Best hair cut and color I believe I have ever received. He has a long list of credentials and Tampa Bay is lucky to have him! I tried to book a pedicure when I booked my hair, but unfortunately at booking, I was told there were no appts available. when I was there for my hair, there wasn't a single nail tech working. it was Saturday between 10am-12pm. such a shame it was empty during prime hours. I went elsewhere for my pedi. Hope they fix this! we need this Salon. It has the potential of being the best in the area but people have to work. I've been coming here for years, being local and love the atmosphere and service!
My experience at the Spa was amazing. Every single person there was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I started with a wonderful hot tub session and then went to my Indira Facial with Irenia. She is a very spiritual , heart felt provider who loves what she does and provided the best care and service ever. I highly recommend this professional and her service. I give her and my experience 5/5 Stars.
Beautiful spa, I did a petite facial w Jackie who gave me a lot of great input about my recently diagnosed rosacea. Wonderfully relaxing mini facial by Jackie, followed by a 60MIN custom massage by Stephanie. This was probably one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many therapists and massages before, being a local Massage Envy member for the past 15yrs, so I highly rec Stephanie if you’re planning a massage. I wish I would’ve had 90min w her honestly now! The facility was (almost) perfection, so many nice details like the iced eucalyptus face clothes right at the door of the rooftop balcony and by the jacuzzi. I will provide some input on the jacuzzi cleanliness (as I fairly did already to checkout receptionist yesterday in-person). The tiles were pretty gross, and needing attention BADLY. Not sure how often they get cleaned but I was shocked honestly. I overheard another guest checking out complaining about being misinformed while booking during Her resort stay that there was an actual sauna, which there isn’t (only a steam room, which was actually out of service). So I could understand her disappointment bc i also prefer a sauna vs steam room. Whoever doesn’t know the difference, needs to. I did notice maintenance actively trying to work/check on the steam room, so that’s good. Thank u for a nice afternoon of pampering. I’m giving 5 stars to be fair to the amazing Therapists & aestheticians, but wanted to fairly mention the 2 other issues so that it can be addressed hopefully for other well-paying guests. I will be back!
