Came to Urgent Care for a Flu test to see my PCP and the service I received was top notch. Pam did an excellent job with vitals and the Flu swab and Carola the ARNP was amazing. Hope Baycare realizes they have a great provider working for them.

Very happy with the care and communication from the staff, starting with the receptionist. Turns out I had covid. Both Pamela and Carola correctly diagnosed my symptoms, talked me through the options and answered any and all questions I had. As a long time traveler with medical issues, I know urgent care can be hit or miss. This was a hit.

Had to call the facility the next day because my mother developed a side effect from the prescribed antibiotic, but there was no one there to answer the phones. I was able to reach someone (remote) from customer service but they could not help us. I am an RN so I just followed my own advice.I filed a complaint with the customer service staff, and someone called the following Monday to explain. Turns out it was a staffing issue and a telephone service provider issue. This is hard to accept when the service is the care of human beings.
