I am writing this review about Jake Shoemaker. Our roof was damaged during Hurricane Ian. I immediately started calling roofing companies the next morning and Jake was the only roofer to get back to me within 48 hours. All others I called either didn't call me back or if they did, it wasn't for almost 10 days later. Jake had a crew to our house that next morning to tarp our roof.While we didn't specifically use Orb Roofing Solutions for our new metal roof, Jake was amazing throughout the entire process for the company he was working with at the time.
