“I had excellent care for my two day stay on 3 West.

My nurse, Ayala, was the most informative nurse. She made sure I was up to date on all information, made requests for me promptly, and made sure that I was taken care of.

Dr Negrete was so patient explaining my condition and ways to prevent in the future. He took the time to answer our questions. I’m thankful I didn’t have to have surgery but if I did, I would feel very comfortable with him.

The hospital staff took excellent care of everything from imaging to transport to housekeeping.

“The clinic itself is modern and clean. Pulling in can be a bit difficult because you come off a major street, pull into a building parking lot (not a street), and if you miss it you only have one chance to turn into a side street bc once you go over the canal a U turn is required.

The receptionists were a little on the aloof side. No eye contact, requested documents like I had just joined the military, and gave the general feeling I was just a number to be processed.

The doctor and technology was all exceptional!“

“Patrick didn’t outstanding job of directing me through all of the exercises I needed to do to improve my balance, walking ability and endurance. Take carefully let me through a number of exercises that he also gave me in video form on my my chart app so I could do them at home as well. After several weeks of repeat and adding a few new ones in occasionally to keep it interesting he released me to go on my own. I would highly recommend Patrick and this facility to anyone who is looking for rehabilitation.“
