My wife and I took a mini vacation to my old best kept secret, safety Harbor fl which sits on Tampa bay, I've been in at least %80 of since I was 16 years old and as far as feeling like home its safety harbor FL, I choose to stay at the resort because 20 years ago after my 2 daughters walk and after the library my oldest would always ask if she could go into the lobby and of course I'd say yes and I'd push my youngest daughter at the time in the stroller and she would just be transferred into a whole new world we only lived right around the block so I never actually stayed but our little routine during the week library tree lobby then water! First time staying and it was a wonderful time celebrating a birthday. Kara was amazing at front desk so helpful and resolved my issue quickly.
Tikki bar & pool was great especially Inzu so attentive.
We really enjoyed our stay at Safety Harbor Resort & Spa! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town and walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The resort itself is grand and spacious, with a relaxing atmosphere. The pool and spa are definitely highlights—clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. The rooms are in the process of being updated, so I recommend requesting a renovated one; the older rooms tend to have a musty smell. Overall, a lovely experience and we’d definitely return!
