Respiratory Specialists is a pulmonology practice. The doctors, including Dr. Michael Yeager, are described as top of the line, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They listen to their patients. Heather Ramos and her colleagues are also noted as very professional, caring, and kind, with a heart for their patients. The testing staff are kind and walk patients through procedures. The office runs on time with easy check-out. However, the front desk staff and office nurse receive criticism for being rude and not friendly, acting bothered by phone calls and failing to offer basic greetings. This contrasts with the clinical care. The practice has shown responsiveness by successfully resolving a feedback issue related to a system error. Patients highly recommend the clinical team despite concerns about the administrative staff.
I previously reviewed this place poorly after receiving a severe amount of calls from this location. They recently changed how they handle feedback and got in touch with me, completely resolving the issue. Turns out my phone number had been a typo in their system, resulting in the numerous phone calls. I cant give them a proper review since I have never dealt with this facility other than having this issue, so I will just give them a 5, but that is only reflective of my singular experience with the lovely lady I spoke to about fixing my previous problem
Dr Michael Yeager is top of the line pulmonologist.He is very professional, listens to his patients, and knowledgeable and helpful.
I highly recommend Dr Yarger for his excellent job.
Heather Ramous and all her colleagues are very professional and have a heart for their patients. Winnie was very kind during the testing, walked me though each part of the testing. All questions were answered!
I am always taken back on time , ( 5 years as a patient) no waiting. Check out is easy . Highly recommend this office!
