I’m so glad I didn’t let my first experience dissuade me. I went in a week ago and saw who was available. The massage was good and relaxing but not what I needed as an athlete competing into my 40s.I called the manager who called back promptly to discuss the service. She was great, very responsive and suggestive. She recommended I try Hamlin. Glad I did.My second appointment was perfect for me and I followed her lead to a very therapeutic training massage.I was so happy I signed up for a year and rebooked for next week, 1 week before I compete.Great store, great staff, great facilities, and great service.Only advice is don’t book blind. Hamlin is a great therapist and I have enjoyed my experience each time I have come to this location. All staff has always been friendly, professional, and accommodating when I have been there. The facility is extremely clean and the membership program is very affordable compared to other massage locations around this area. I’m glad I made the decision to enroll in it, and will be back soon.

My daughter gave me a gift certificate for my birthday in June and finally made the appointment. Wow, Shacobie was amazing. My facial was relaxing and stress free. She was so in tune with my needs and had wonderful suggestions for my daily skin routine. Thank you so much. I will be back.
