I began my initial appointment at Journey to Harmony feeling discouraged, but after completing the initial evaluation with Dr. Ivory, I left feeling optimistic that progress was attainable. Three months later, I am very pleased with the improvements I have experienced and look forward to what the future holds. From the very beginning, I have felt that my treatment plan is personalized to my needs, appropriately challenging, and adaptable as I make progress. Dr. Ivory and the staff are knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and genuinely dedicated, making attending physical therapy each week a positive and engaging experience. Dr. Ivory is such a blessing. I've endured a lot of injuries over the years and A LOT of injuries since having a baby. I keep getting a reoccurring injury that she's been so patient and so unbelievably helpful with. She listens and she truly cares about her patients. I look forward to my appointments each week because I know I'll be leaving feeling slightly better and come home with exercises to do on my own. If you show her that you're putting an effort in for yourself, she will absolutely get you where you need to be. Don't hesitate to make the appointment!
