Will Francis came out to evaluate a swarm that seemed to come from no where. He is knowledgeable about termites, and different bugs. I was frantic but he set my mind at ease. He knew it was a swarm of ants, likely from surrounding trees. Perhaps they were drawn by the ceiling lamp that runs all night. With a little encouragement from the blower, they moved on!! I appreciated his attention to detail and checking other areas to be certain.
Great company. Very thorough. We are very lucky to have Austin as our technician. He is friendly and great at his work.
