I have been with Golden Rule for at least 4 years I have had George for the last two years and before that Mark, both were outstanding Service Technicians to your company. They need to be commended for how polite and friendly they are, so accommodating. As for the woman who schedules appointments you need to acquire a better representation of your company! She is totally rude and unfriendly and often times reprimands me for rescheduling my appointments!

When we first moved in a few months ago we had a major ant issue and some roaches. The first time golden rule came out (Chris) to secure our home we haven’t have an issue since.Now we have a spider issue given the season we are in and Michael came out and didn’t just take care of our home but was very informative and polite.
