Abacus has handle my taxes for 30 years. They are amazing. Knowledgeable, great service and if you have financial questions, they guide you in the right direction. They always have your back.

I dropped my documents off in February of this year, have been told multiple times that they are filing. They still haven't been filed months after and will not give me my documents back after reaching out to the multiple times asking for them back.

I'm a banker and came to this place to get an estimate of how much I was entitled to receive on my tax returns. The lady said "we dont do estimates." I never heard of a place that does not verify the estimated amount in reference to how much you paid in federal taxes, home loans, securities, having children, etc. Very awkward place. I do not recommend.
