I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chelsea McGregor. She is professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly, and I felt truly cared for throughout my visit. She addressed my concerns with compassion and understanding, which made the appointment feel very comfortable.
After my visit, I ran into an issue with my insurance and the pharmacy that required a prior authorization. Dr. McGregor went above and beyond by completing the authorization the very next day and personally following up with me multiple times to ensure everything was handled correctly. I really appreciated the time and care she took.
Over all my Target Optical experience was very good. The people were very friendly and helpful and attentive to my needs. I look forward to going back there in the future for my future eye needs

I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this optometrist. Today, I was seen by Dr. McGregor, who was absolutely wonderful. I had some concerns about an issue with my eye, but she reassured me and educated me that everything was fine. I also had the pleasure of working with Ms. Gretchen, who was an absolute joy and hilarious. She went above and beyond to help me find some frames that actually fit and complemented my face. She even educated me on things like finding glasses with pads that would be better for my nose bridge. She helped me pick out two gorgeous pairs of glasses that I absolutely LOVE.
