I absolutely love seeing Rita! She is warm, caring, and makes every appointment feel comfortable—almost like a therapy session. She’s incredibly efficient, completing my Brazilian wax in just 20 minutes without ever making me feel rushed, and the results are always excellent. Rita is professional, attentive, and truly cares about her clients and her work.
I also want to mention how much I appreciate the manager at the Royal Palm location. She is very sweet, attentive, and always keeps me informed about the deals and promotions they have going on. She genuinely cares about me and always makes me feel valued. She is definitely a wonderful asset to the company!
Rita is outstanding. I went in for a Brazilian and Rita is very good at what she does, her manner is calm and straightforward. She is very pleasant to talk to, which helps to distract her client. I ask for her every time!
