my air went off and i called this morning - they were so busy but the girl promised someone would be here today and Steven came when he should have been finished for the day - he took care of things - he was very professional, explained what was wrong, replaced the part and the price was more than fair. They are my go-to air people from now on.

I recently had leaks with my AC unit to the point of the overflow pan was needing to be emptied every day. I was referred to Gulf Stream Cooling by my Mother-in-law who’s used them for previous projects. They were able to set up an appointment right away. Johnny showed up and was Very professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. We had a lot of Zuglia build up in the pan and coils as well as additional build up clogging the coils, which caused the unit to not drain properly. Provided an estimate as well as maintenance tips after it’s fixed. Called back and had Johnny fix the issue. Showed up on time and communicated every step. Great customer service! The level of customer satisfaction I've experienced with Gulfstream Cooling is unmatched. They truly understand what customers need and deliver beyond expectations. The Gulfstream Cooling responded to my issues and resolved them within days.
On May 20, 2025 a complete HVAC system was installed in my house. The installation of the inside unit was perfect - truly craftsman work. The HVAC system was functioning properly but there was an issue with location of the outside unit (condenser). I called on May 21, 2025 and reported the issue. On May 30, 2025 Gulfstream Cooling reinstalled the condenser to have a better copper positioning with... read full review
