my air went off and i called this morning - they were so busy but the girl promised someone would be here today and Steven came when he should have been finished for the day - he took care of things - he was very professional, explained what was wrong, replaced the part and the price was more than fair. This is a remarkable company with remarkable employees. I’m from Boston and my dad had a construction business and I know and understand about the quality of work and workmanship and work ethic and these guys are not of this generation. They have the most remarkable work ethic and I only wish that they expanded and did electrical work and roofing and paving so that I could use them for everything. Find out for yourself have somebody come out to your place to quote you on something or give you an assessment you will be so surprised by these employees!!!!
Gulfstream is always so proactive. I have had multiple needs for their service over the last several years. The most recent in the peak of their busiest season. They responded immediately made a partial repair to keep things cool. (Especially my wife). Then completed a more robust repair the following day. Budget and timeliness were always a consideration. I cannot be thankful enough. I will continue to use their service as long as they will have me.
