Saved my baby’s life!! My cat was in a crisis state due to her organs being out of place. We took her to VEG in Boynton but they could not perform the surgery we needed. They called Access and stabilized her so we could bring her. Access staff was waiting as we rushed her in and took her right back to get to work. She stayed a couple days in ICU where we got to visit her til she came home. The care instructions were explained very well and thorough and written out clearly. They called to check on her and answered our 1000 questions completely & patiently. She made a full recovery and is back to her usual self thanks to them! I had an emergency with my dog, after eating a treat from a well known store. Had to rush to Access, the staff did not waist any time they grabbed him from my arms and got right on helping my baby. I’m so Thankful and grateful for the whole team @ Access, they took really great care of my dog. Thank you so very much Dr. O’Brien for all your help and expertise. They explained and let me know the costs and worked with my income. I didn’t try to be cheap on this situation. He’s my lucky charm, like I told him before I left him to be cared for I’m not giving up on you cause you haven’t given up on me.
