Do yourself a favor and visit their model home like we did and you can see they build a beautiful, quality, custom home. No cookie cutter here. We were even able to expand our kitchen layout in the floor plan we chose. Try doing that with the big builders. We've been in our Southwest Florida Dream Builders home for four months now and my husband and I absolutely love it. Danny and Chris helped us with our custom design and took us from a hand drawing to our forever home. Their workmanship and quality have been excellent.
