Sierra really understands the muscular-skeletal structure and systemic interventions to release pain and heal inflammation. I have seen her for deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching and more. She fixed the pain in my husband's arthritic shoulder and hip. I had stem cell therapy to heal the inflammation and torn cartilage in my knees and saw Sierra for AIS stretching afterwards.
