The company has completed three roofs for one customer, each with unique considerations, and did a fantastic job on each one. Workmanship and customer service are described as handsdown excellent. Waypoint installed a white metal roof that came out perfect, with excellent clean-up and no nails in tires or yard. The company offers a lifetime workmanship guarantee and uses great products for dryer vent covers for rooftop applications. Customers impressed from the very first call note that Waypoint treated them with honesty and respect, completed the roof as promised on time, protected the property, left it clean and remnant free, and made the roof look amazing. The team did what all other roofers wouldn't, without charging through the roof, using 100% peel and stick, replacing plywood when needed, and providing professional work without surprises at an excellent price.
