Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I got builder gel on my nails, and I already had it on from another salon. Service was great, loved the lady who did my services. My issue was when I got my receipt I noticed I was charged for gel removal, which I have never been charged anywhere if I was getting a gel service again. I called and asked and then emailed the manager to see if this was normal and something I can expect each time. While I do not agree with the charge, I wouldn't have been upset if I was told about the charge. Well the manager never responded to my email. So while I loved my service and who did it. Booked a last minute pedicure for my birthday. I was able to make an appointment easy and so fast on the website. It was the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had and was so relaxing. Dina was amazing and so so nice! I’ll be making another appointment for sure! Thank you!
