We were very pleased with the atmosphere as we entered the office the first time. We were welcomed and it was very clean. We were immediately put into a room since we have a bird. Sabrina was very nice as she welcomed us and got Mango ready for Dr Schroeck. She was very good and gentle with Mango. Now comes the hard part, Mango has to go on a diet. Dr S. explained how to go about that process. We were happy about how we were treated and how our Mango was taken care of. Thank you for your care of Mango.
First let me start off by stating that they were a super friendly staff. It was like going to see a good friend. They were just the sweetest with both of my dogs. Secondly, they were able to explain to me things my previous vet couldn't for some reason. They treated my babies quickly, taking care of all my worries and concerns. Their service was so amazing, they even went as far as to set you up on their online shop for you. 1000 stars and would recommend to everyone i know. Awesome job ladies, both Nena and Mia appreciate you all.
