We had an issue with tiles tenting in our kitchen. We hired an installer who said our tiles were installed over vinyl flooring and the vinyl adhesive had failed
Just for a second opinion i went to pelican. Zach explaoned it wasnt a vinyl tole but an anti crack barrier. He then spent 30 minutes explaining what it was how it was set wrong by the pattern of the thin set and what we neededto fo.
Now understand he spent all this time knowing he didnt sell the products I need.

Zach and Chris fixed a different company’s mess for me. Excellent people. The carpenters and installers were also extremely professional and took great care in their work. Highly recommended!
About a year ago, we had our entire downstairs (kitchen counter tops, cabinets, paint & flooring) renovated by Pelican Floors! We absolutely love how everything has turned out.
