I would like to commend Massey Termite Services for their 5 STARS Excellent customer service. I recently had some concerns regarding services and billing. After contacting the office, I received a prompt return call from Ms. Antonieta, a representative I believe is based in the San Antonio, TX office. She was professional, attentive, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. Together, we resolved the issues and made the necessary corrections. As a business owner, I truly appreciate the level of customer service she provided. Massey Services is fortunate to have Ms. Antonieta on their team—she retained a customer who had been considering leaving.
Morgan is my pest guy and he is awesome, he is very educated on the products and know his stuff when it comes to pests, He is very thorough and he communicates his arrival times and is happy to explain or answer any questions you might have. I will stay with Massey as long as Morgan stays, he is my pest control person.
I called Massey Services for a Lawn and Sprinkler system inspection. Alex came over and was prompt, and very professional. He did a free inspection and then took his time to explain to me what my options were. I accepted the offer to have them handle our lawn treatment. Their price was very fair and reasonable for what they offer. When he left I had a packet explaining the services and his business card.
