Communication was on point prior to the appointment. Care was taken during discussion IN the appointment to discern exactly what I was looking for. Taylor took her time working with me to get my cut how I wanted. My only SLIGHT complaint was with the longevity of the red we chose. Which is likely my fault!! You want to go and maintain blond?!
