EK Coggins gave us a fair quote for installing a new H20 heater. They arrived on time and when it was discovered that our new tank had a dent, the installer advised/refused to install. He waited while we called to reserve a replacement and pick-up date, then helped us to reschedule his service once when we knew we'd have the new unit. He again arrived on time and took care of the installation. We feel that the level of service provided by EK Coggins exceeded our expectations and at a fair price (with a military discount!). EK Coggins is at the top of our list for all of our plumbing needs.

Robbie NeSmith is very friendly & polite. He is also a skilled professional. He resolved several plumbing issues for us & did so very quickly. He cleaned up after his work was completed & is welcome back any time. He’s an asset to your company.

My faith in the goodness of humanity has been restored. When another 2 plumbers were not able to come to my rescue until 3 days away to fix my plugged kitchen sink, I got a referral from a friend for EK Coggin Plumbing. After seeing the glowing reviews, I called and they were able to send a technician in 2 hours! Joey was a real blessing and had such a joyful attitude. It was a quick fix and I was ecstatic that I was not charged even for a service call! Kudos to EK Coggin Plumbing.
