Daniel was very knowledgeable and helpful and offered to take a look at my numbers and get back with me the next day on a conference call. I became the POA for my mother and I discovered, thanks to letters of intent to seize, that she had a rather large outstanding tax bill. She had not filed her taxes and had not paid them for some time. Dan was referred to me by my accountant. I was told he is the expert in this area of accounting.
