I loved our experience during the parent intake. Very professional and friendly staff, the disappointment comes afterwards.. when you can't get anyone on the phone. No voicmail, no return of calls, no answering of the ringing phone, no secretary.. absolutely nothing.. The insurance doesn't have any information from the parent assessment completed over a month ago, its like we didn't even go here. I wish there was a way to get your attention and I hope this is it please. Thank you for your valuable time.
