I have been receiving care at this clinic since September 2025. From day one—the moment I first contacted them—the reception staff was incredibly kind. In fact, since my English isn't very fluent, the very helpful receptionist kindly took down my message. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Dr. Mayra Abelleira. She has helped me immensely in managing my condition, which had truly been making me feel terrible. She has always treated me with great respect and compassion. I've seen Dr. A for over a year now and I highly recommend her to anyone that's in need of a professional that will both listen to their experience and actually take their questions seriously. Dr. A is phenomenal at what she does. Finding a good psychiatrist is hard, finding a good psychiatrist that you like is even harder. I hit the jackpot here! There are occasional hiccups with making appointments and when meds are involved that can be frustrating. Luckily anytime I've had an issue it's been resolved quickly and respectfully.

Although I don’t love the new receptionist. Been seeing Dr. A for years now and she is incredible. Worked with me when they transitioned insurance providers they accepted and have been incredible ever since.

But yeah the new receptionist is pretty rude and dismissive and I miss the other guy. He was the greatest.
