I am very satisfied with the excellence in Pediatrician Dr. Mass, Counselor Dr. Piscia, Podiatry, and Dentistry.However I am DISSATISFIED with Behavioral Care psychiatry availability. Your best psychiatrist has barely no availability and is only available 2x a week AND ONLY for specific hours. Other than that, he’s an amazing psychiatrist.Hours of operation, customer service, messaging, operators I’d say has so much to change and improve. No one ever gets back or is reachable. Never get the right answers and I always get a call to reschedule bc they can’t do that right either.

3 stars because the onsite admin staff is always helpful and a few providers actually know what Empathy means (thank you Maryann Henin) and Sajida Matthew . The call center makes a lot of errors . Why the nurse in the pediatric side insisted on speaking to my toddler in Spanish was beyond us ? we have Hispanic last names but don’t speak the language . Medically biased , lower standard and lower quality of care

We've been going to the Palm Bay office for over 6 years , visited the Rockledge office today for my husband's diabetes, saw Kimberly Torres. She took lots of time to listen and find the right medicine to manage his diabetes. Superior service.

Brevard Health Alliance, Inc. is Brevard County's only Federally Qualified Health Center. BHA provides extensive primary health care services to Brevard County residents regardless of their ability to pay. By offering services on a sliding-fee scale, BHA has provided primary care services, behavioral health services, limited dental services, diagnostic services, resource management services, pharmacy services, women's health care, Hepatitis C and HIV services, extended hours pediatric walk-in care, and specialty referrals to Brevard County's economically disadvantaged residents since March of 2005.
