I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jeffrey of Arck Electrical Supply. I own rental properties and needed some parts for one of my units. My electrical systems are dated. Three electricians stated that replacement parts would not be available for 9-12 months, due to ongoing COVID supply chain issues. Jeffrey identified the parts required for the repair. The electrical in my unit is now working as expected. If it weren't for Jeffrey, I would have had to terminate the lease and deal with the financial consequences of a 9-12 month vacancy.
