Update: Ron from management gave me a call and actually listened to my concerns on how my family felt about the service.
He 100% agreed and is refunding me all service fees that were placed.
They are coming back out and going to do a proper diagnostics on the unit to see if there are any additional items that need to be addressed.

Jag was a very knowledge technician! He was very polite, respectful to my home and educated me on my AC units to keep them running smoothly. I definitely will use John Cassidy again since they have a standard of excellence with each service. The payments are cost effective during this economic climate.
I have to say- my customer experience was amazing. Called as new client after hours- got right to someone.
30 minutes later someone was here. Professional. Payment was easy and smooth process for anytime let alone late Saturday night. It was an excellent experience and have found my new AC company!
