Had a leaking fire sprinkler that needed repaired. No issue with the quality of work, but why did I have to call 4+ times to get scheduled? Communication was awful. Then the day it was scheduled the tech was supposed to call and give a time window - he didn’t. I call the office and they tell me he’s already in the neighborhood (I specifically asked for an afternoon window and of course he didn’t call and came at 8:30 am and needed to coordinate someone being at the house). Do you think the tech ever called to tell me what he repaired? No. Did I get a quote?
