He and his team deserve a raise and a promotion. Mr. Kerns and Mr. Karson, the technicians, have been an amazing part of Entrusted. They came and explained everything so well and did their job with outstanding professionalism. They work in a thorough, expedited manner, starting with demolition and ending with reconstruction. Everything is presented in writing and they stick to the plan and their promises. We had a major flood in our house in July of this year. After the house was dried out, we looked around for general contractors to do the repair. Got a quote from one of the major brands that was very high and then we got a quote from Entrusted, who was recommended by some friends who are in the insurance business. Entrusted came out, gave us a good quote and so we chose them. They began the rebuilding of our house. Matt was assigned as the overseer of the project and Sergio the main man at the house. I’ve never seen a contractor work so hard or diligently. The team was respectful, clean and a pleasure to deal with. Our house was pretty big mess and by the time they were finished, I don’t think we could’ve been happier. I could wholeheartedly, recommend them to do work I would use them again in a heartbeat.
DO NOT USE ENTRUSTED.......My mom used this company when she had a flood in her house. They quoted her one price but are trying to make her insurance pay double the quoted price. Do not use this company unless you are going to pay out of pocket or don't mind being ripped off. Working with Danielle and trying to get anywhere has been a complete joke.
