Gordon, Kate and the 9Automotion staff exemplify customer service, technical expertise, and professionalism. They have worked on my Cayman for track prep and my Cayenne for service. They did a pre warranty expiration inspection and identified an issue that I was able to fix under factory warranty that would have been quite expensive if they had not found it.Touring their shop to see the quality of performance and restoration work in progress is very impressive. I’m so happy I found 9 Auto Motion. The service from booking my appointment to getting my car serviced was great. I’ve had too many issues with the dealership in west palm beach and unfortunately they make you seem like you’re just a number there…in addition to overcharging you.Here at 9 Auto motion, it’s the complete opposite. They treat you like family! Love the fact that it’s ran by family and all their technicians were very knowledgeable and LOVED their job.After my service was completed, they called me up and scheduled a time for pickup.
