My car was in an accident and I needed to temporarily cancel my membership. I frequent the Victory carwash in St Petersburg but was unable to reach anyone to cancel it, so I called the Riverview location and finally able to speak to Chris. Chris was so helpful and took special care of me and made sure that my membership was cancelled. Chris, you are awesome and want everyone to know it! Manager Chris and his team were EXPECTIONAL with their help with our car today on Oct 7 the afternoon crew!! helped remove tar off our car and gave expirenced advice as well as great laughs to make a difficult situation a lot easier. his team gave extra help with cleaning our car as well!
