Had a set put on at another salon that I frequented. Two days later I had problems with breaks. Tried to get in for repair and they unfortunately could not accommodate. Made one call to Venetian and these guys got me in ten minutes later. Great repair, the salon was gorgeous and the owner was honest. Will be back!
I just started coming to Venetien and have been so pleased with the quality and service Johnny and his staff offer! They are friendly, accommodating and take their time to make sure their customers are well taken care of!
We ( 2adults, 1child) stopped in as walk-ins and had such a great experience! The salon was clean, welcoming, and everyone was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in. I really appreciated that they respectfully turned away customers once they were full instead of cramming people in or rushing through services. That says a lot about how much they value quality over quantity.
They were also so sweet and patient with my 8-year-old, which made the experience even better. The customer service was excellent, the prices were very fair, and the leg massage during the pedicure was amazing. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this salon!
