I called at 8 AM and explained my problem. The front desk team got me in right away and were empathetic. I was sitting in Dr. Johnson’s chair by 9 AM getting X-rayed by his nice assistant. Afterwards, Dr. Johnson thoroughly examined me and listen to what I had to say. He was very easy to communicate with. He explained my situation in a way I could understand and provided options for remedies that made sense and are reasonable.
