Michael and Julio were so professional and nice. Upon arrival they advised me that my sofa sectional was not suitable to be cleaned by their equipment and that they could damage it if they tried. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency so my beautiful sofa was not ruined. Instead I had them clean my area rug. They did an amazing job. It looks refreshed and will certainly extend the life of it. Great service!
