From the beginning to the end, everything was done with care. I felt included rather than excluded from the plan like I had felt working with other companies in the past. Huge thank you to Matt, Davis, Terrell and Devon for treating me and my home with care!
I had an excellent experience with Power Home Remodeling from start to finish. The entire team, from the salesperson to the installation crew, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process.
I was provided with clear, detailed information about the project, what to expect during installation, and even additional services and future projects offered by Power. The communication and attention to detail really stood out and made the entire experience smooth and stress free.

The demonstration sold it for me. I know a good product when I see one. The guarantee was just icing on the cake. The only drawback was the salesman made a big mistake. When measuring the sizes, he failed to count one curved top window that was in line with two others. I signed a contract and thought that was it. When the engineer came out two days later to get precise measurements, he noticed the error and said it will cost $1800 more to make it right. Normally most companies would eat that extra expense since they made the mistake, but I had to cover it. It's a good thing for them I liked the product. I would still recommend them to anyone needing replacement windows.
