I had a wonderful experience at Planet Fitness thanks to Lily! She gave me a tour of the facility and explained everything in great detail, making sure I understood all the amenities and how everything worked. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. Lily made me feel comfortable and confident, and her excellent customer service truly made a great first impression. She is a wonderful asset to Planet Fitness, and I really appreciate the time and effort she took to make my experience so positive!

This facility is always clean the staff is non-bothersome and helpful whenever they can. No pushy salesman or personal trainers harassing you while you work out. Just enough poundage to get a good pump. As well as enough machine stations to not have to wait in line for others. 👍🏿

It's a planet fitness. A lot of cardio stuff (I don't go for that though) a good amount of everything else. Equipment is good and kept clean. Dressing rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.
