While it may not have every piece of equipment found at other gyms, Planet Fitness excels in delivering a spacious and comfortable workout environment. The gym has a great vibe, with a team that is always willing to help and answer questions. With over 2,400 locations and a mobile app, Planet Fitness makes it easy to get moving and stay active.
It's a planet fitness. A lot of cardio stuff (I don't go for that though) a good amount of everything else. Equipment is good and kept clean. Dressing rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.
Time of day makes a difference on if you can get to everything you want to do as part of your workout if lifting weights, cables, dumbbells, or Smith Machine. They have enough of everything else.
I was a member in 2019 at the gym at La Plaza del Sol in Kissimmee. The staff was pleasant and the gym was awesome. I had my workout routine set-up perfectly. Other members were also very nice.
