Excellent experience at new image dentistry! Outstanding doctor Luis Carrero gave me great advice for my oral health , complete transparency and very gentle touch , had my yearly exam and dental cleaning. Loved my hygenist Daniella she is gentle paying attention to detail a perfectionist! Great professional staff. Kayla A helped me scheduling my appointment super friendly and helpful. The office is very comfortable spotless clean. Very nice location close to everything in the area , very spacious parking. They are in network providers for my dental insurance and did a great job confirming my benefits.
Dr. Carrero is magical! I needed a bridge implant and he, and his wonderful assistants made it happen. After the oral surgeon placed the implants, and many months later, I love my new teeth. It was a difficult process, but Dr. C was patient, encouraging, and very precise. My teeth fit perfectly! I am sooo pleased! ( And Kayla is a fabulous office manager! )
I was treated for the first time and my experience was stellar. From my hygienist to the doctor, and even the receptionist, everyone was kind and very thorough with educating me of my overall dental wellness. Highly recommended.
