Wanted to thank everyone at ModWash on Symmes rd in Riverview. Was going to cancel my membership because of the economy. I was greeted by Craig and he was very helpful. As I was in the office about to cancel I noticed an attendant speaking with my wife he then proceeded to dry off the back of my van, I was quite surprised because normally at the other ModWash stores we do it ourselves which is fine we enjoy that aspect of it. I could see the look on my wife's face and she was visibly happy. As I was listening to Craig explain that ModWash hates to lose our business and if there is anything he could do to change our minds without being overbearing. I stopped him and said you and your team just did. He looked at me a bit surprised. I explained why. I also asked him who is the attendant that was helping my wife? He smiled and said that's my boss Mark Hensley. At this point I was convinced we are going to stay. Mark was picking up towels and straighning up the little carts and had no idea why I was in the office. For the GM to go out of his way to help my wife was very kind. Craig informed me we could downgrade to the 29.99 plan or to the base plan of 19.99, and finally we could suspend the membership temporarily. I decided to save the 10.00 and go with the 29.99 plan. I'm not sure if this service is the norm but this is the reason we are still ModWash customers and will be for a long time to come. Mark and the people at Modwash need to be recognized. They made a true difference today in retaining customers. One last thing, when Craig introduced me to Mark, he told me that anytime we come in that a rep will assist us in anyway possible to keep us happy. So in closing, from my wife and I great job and continue to be a model business.
ModWash is great, employees are so nice and welcoming like Tim! Always love getting my free air freshener! Quick and easy carpet cleaning!
Very helpful and professional. They had everything I needed to clean car inside and out. The price is so reasonable.
