I have a rental house in Tampa that the previous tenants had trashed. There were holes in the walls and doors, cracks in the tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, and the railing on the back porch was destroyed. I called Mark and he came out the next day to look at the property. I received a very reasonable estimate. He started the job the next Monday and had it done in just a few days. The work was perfect. His and his crews attention to details are amazing. The textured wall's patching was perfect. Overall awesome job. I will definitely be calling him again.
